And snacks too. <br /><br />Also I have found that Slim Fast meal bars are the best thing for me in the morning. No cooking, and you can eat them in the car. Try to eat within an hour of waking up. I remember whe...I wish I was down to 169 like you.<br /><br />I remember when my sister was in nurse's training, she got an A+ on meals because she copied what my mother did.<br />But that was over 40 years ago and meat and potatoes and veggie w/butter were considered good eating.<br />And then having them again in a stew was really good too.<br /><br />You gotta get the snacks out of the house or at least out of sight somehow. Talking about feeling like a lazy bitch.<br /><br />What day do you do your grocery shopping? Do you make a list before you go? Do you do the coupon cutting thing? This is the best time to plan meals for the week. And stop buying the crap snacks and start buying the good for you snacks. The hubby may not be so thrilled, but your shorties will thank you in the long run! This is a lifestyle change, not a diet!
